  Oil adhesion amount: The best oil content of spandex is 5% (+/- 2%).   Elastic recovery rate: Generally, the fiber is stretched by 100% or more, which is called elastic fiber, which means that the length increases under tension, and returns to the original length when released, and the difference between the original length and the recovery length is the elastic recovery rate, which is generally 95% or more.

  Specific gravity: The specific gravity of spandex is 1.10.

  Conventional moisture regain: generally 1.3 (ASTM).

  Softening temperature: generally 190 degrees Celsius / 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

  Melting temperature: generally 250 degrees Celsius / 437 degrees Fahrenheit.
